Pakistani actress Humaira Asghar was found dead in her apartment in Karachi as authorities indicate that she may have passed away weeks ago. Her body when found by the authorities was in a state of advanced decomposition in her apartment complex in Karachi’s Ittehad Commercial Area.
Humaira’s neighbours didn’t find any disturbances or anything odd during the estimated time of her death. Even according to the Pakistani media and Police DIG Syed Asad said that the door to her apartment was forcibly opened to find her body which has clear signs of decomposition.

The actress was living alone in the same apartment for the past seven years and has reportedly failed to pay the rent from April 2025, which has been taken to the attention of the police. The cause and nature of her death is yet to be confirmed but the authorities are proceeding with a natural cause.
A Forensic team is deployed to the apartment to gather any evidence or mishap as the body was sent to autopsy. It was confirmed in the Post- mortem that when recovering her body, it was ‘almost in the advanced state of decomposition’, reported by Dr Summaiya at the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, who spoke with the media.
Humaira Asghar Ali is famous for her appearances in Reality TV Show ‘Tamasha Ghar’, the country’s version of ‘Bigg Boss’ or the ‘Big Brother’ and in films such as Jaliabee (2015) and Love Vaccine (2021).
