When Can You Return an Order on Daraz?
You can return your order on Daraz if:
- The item is damaged or broken.
- The product is different from what you ordered.
- You received the wrong item.
- The item does not match the description.
- You changed your mind (sometimes returns are allowed, check the sellers policy).
Usually you need to request a return within 7 to 10 days of receiving the product. Always check the return policy of the specific seller before buying.
Process to Return an Order on Daraz
1. Log in to Your Daraz Account
First open the Daraz app or website and log in with your username and password.
2. Go to My Orders
After logging in click on My Orders or Orders from the menu. Here you will see a list of all the products you bought.
3. Select the Order You Want to Return
Find the order you want to return and click on it to open the order details page.
4. Click on Return or Request Return
On the order details page you will see an option to Return or Request Return if the product is eligible for return.
5. Choose the Reason for Return
Select the reason why you want to return the item. Common reasons include “Wrong product,” “Damaged product” or “Not satisfied.”
6. Upload Photos (If Required)
Sometimes Daraz or the seller may ask for photos of the damaged or wrong product to process your return faster. Upload clear pictures if needed.
7. Submit the Return Request
After filling all details and submit your return request. Daraz will review it and notify you about the next steps.
What Happens After You Submit a Return Request?
- Daraz or the seller will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address.
- The product will be checked to confirm the reason for return.
- Once approved Daraz will refund your money via your original payment method.
- The refund process usually takes 3 to 7 business days after the product is received back.
