Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has officially declared their home international cricket program in the year 2026. The start of the home season will be in March following the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 with the Pakistan tour of Bangladesh 2026 being one of the major series.
To this effect, Pakistan will be taken to Bangladesh in March to play a three match One Day International (ODI) series. It will be followed by the visit of Pakistan to Bangladesh in May in an arrangement of two match Tests, which is also to come under the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 202627 cycle.

According to the BCB, this assured programme will give the Bangladeshi fans a complete and exciting international cricket season. The Pakistan tour of Bangladesh 2026 will be announced later as the match venues.
Besides the tour held by Pakistan, there will be other international teams visiting Bangladesh in the year 2026. New Zealand will pay a visit to the white ball series in April and May that will consist of three ODIs and three T20 International games.
On the 1st of June, Australia will visit Bangladesh, and India will come in August and September. Each of the two teams will have three ODIs and three T20s as part of their respective tours.
The season at home will be confirmed in October and November with a two-Test series against the West Indies. The series will also be included in the ICC World test championship. A three-day warm-up game will also be held in Bangladesh between October 22 and 24 before the Test matches. The first Test will be between 28 October and 1 November and the second will be between 5 November and 9 November.
Senior international cricket Sri Lanka A will also go on a tour of Bangladesh in May 2026. The tour will comprise of two four-day matches and three one-day games which will give a good exposure to the emerging players.
All in all, Pakistan tour of Bangladesh 2026 and the full home season are set to make the year 2021 a very exciting time in the life of the cricket fans nationwide.
