General (retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa former Chief of Army Staff (COAS) had an accident that caused injuries after falling accidentally at his home. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed the incident, claiming that the former army chief is under the medical treatment in the Combined Military Hospital (CMH).
General Bajwa had supposedly been barefooted, and had dropped on his head, the family sources, and a video statement of his brother-in-law, Naeem Ghumman. He was taken straight to CMH to seek emergency medical attention.
Ghumman provided a clear picture of what has happened in social media platform X where doctors have administered him a series of medical checks after he was admitted. He was keen to note that the fall was not intentional and no medical scan revealed any suspicious results.
