The Sindh government has also declared a significant move to deal with the malpractices of examination by introducing a new watermarking system of question papers. This new system will be able to track down the origin of any leaks of papers instantly and punish the people involved.

This was declared by the Sindh Minister of Universities and Boards, Muhammad Ismail Rahoo, in a high-level meeting that was all about arrangements of the impending academic examinations.

    Strict Directives for Board Chairpersons

The meeting involved an overview of the preparations in different examination centers by the officials. These involved the security measure, the availability of furniture, drinking water facilities, electricity, and anti-cheating measures. They were also to be given elaborate briefing on procurement, tenders and budget allocations.

Minister Rahoo gave stern instructions to each board chairman stating that there was a need to carry out transparent and timely examinations. Instead, he gave a stern warning that the government cannot condone negligence and will mobilize administrative measures against the concerned board chairman in case of any leakage of papers under their watch.

The Sindh govt has decided to implement a watermarking system to prevent cheating in examinations, with Minister for Universities & Educational Boards M Ismail Rahoo saying that those involved in paper leaks will be immediately traced through the system.https://t.co/nPeAfinGmc
