Allama Iqbal open university (AIOU) has officially announced that the final examinations of Autumn 2025 semester will be initiated in the country on March 2. The university will also conduct the exams simultaneously in all the four provinces and in Gilgit Baltistan and Azar Jammu and Kashmir in order to have a smooth process of the exams in the country.
This is a colossal exam conduction and the list is inclusive of Matric, FA, Associate Degree, BA, BS, B. Ed and Postgraduate Diploma programmes.
Complete Schedule and Eid ul Fitr Break
The examinations have been scheduled into two parts in accordance with the date sheet which will enable the religious holidays that will be experienced soon. The following table presents the scheme of the timeline:
Phase 1 (Pre-Eid): The pre-Eid will continue without interruption between March 2 and March 17.
Eid ul Fitr Break: Eid ul Fitr will be an official break in the university between March 18 to March 25.
Phase 2 (Post-Eid): Exams will resume on March 26 and continue till end May 13. write in paragraph.
How to Download Roll Number Slips & Date Sheet
Students do not have to wait until they are mailed or literally write to come up with their exams. The university has already published the entire date sheet on its official site and can be accessed easily. Moreover, the students will be able to easily access their respective roll number slips using their respective CMS portals.
Important Instructions for Candidates
The AIOU administration has come up with stringent measures to all students appearing in the exam to eliminate any inconvenience during the exam day:
The students are instructed to report to their respective exam centers in time.
The printed roll number slip and the original identity card must be carried along.
Without such mandatory documents, any candidate will not be allowed to sit the examination by the officials.
