Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore officially declared Matric Second Annual Examination Result 2025 which has given thousands of students their new marks and pass/fail status. The results were announced by the Secretary Rizwan Nazeer and Controller of Examinations Toseef ur Rehman on Wednesday and confirmed that the entire result could be accessed by the students, parents and institutions over the internet.

- 56,756 students appeared in the Matric Supplementary Examination 2025
- The overall pass percentage stood at 45.43%
- A total of 29,283 candidates failed the exam
- Female students performed significantly better, securing a 55% pass rate
- Male students recorded only a 38% pass rate
