Pakistan is officially entering the digital arena. In a landmark moment for the country’s gaming community, the Pakistan eFootball National Team is set to make its debut in the FIFAe Nations League. This marks Pakistan’s first-ever footprint in FIFA’s prestigious global esports ecosystem, specifically competing in the ‘eFootball Console’ category.
With the eyes of the nation on them, a six-man squad is ready to prove that Pakistan’s talent isn’t just limited to the grass pitch, but extends to the virtual one as well.

Group A of FIFAe Nations League
Pakistan has not been given a free ride. They will be in Group A, where they will have a variety of regional giants and new teams. In order to make progress, they will have to overcome:
- Indonesia (Known for a massive and highly competitive gaming scene)
- Korea Republic
- Guam
- Myanmar
- Papua New Guinea
Qualifying Week 1 kicks off from April 14 to April 16, 2026, with the bulk of Pakistan’s high-stakes matches scheduled for April 15.

Playing FIFAe 2026 will be a significant move towards keeping Pakistan at the global level and we will ensure that we make the most of this to help the development of esports talent in the country especially in football gaming.
FIFAe 2026 is an enormous project that will feature more than 120 countries. After the Nations League the process goes on with regional qualifiers, all culminating in the final destination FIFAe World Cup 2026.
