On Wednesday, 29 October 2025, the Pakistani rupee gold rate was very stable with the 24-karat gold per tola standing at Rs 414500 per tola, according to the Karachi Sarafa Jewellers Association. 24 karats gold was selling at Rs. 355,370 per 10 grams and at Rs. 35,537 per gram.
Gold is still among the most monitored commodities in Pakistan, with its daily price changes, depending on the trends on the international markets, the currency, and the local supply and demand factors. Karachi is the main trading center of gold and its prices determine the levels of other key cities in the country.

According to experts, the price of gold is likely to be subject to weak pressure because of the variations in the international markets and the appreciation in the US dollar. Nevertheless, the local demand is still high especially in the current wedding season in Pakistan, and the domestic bullion market is still alive.
