Download the Foodpanda App or Visit the Website
You can use Foodpanda through:
- Foodpanda app
- website: www.foodpanda.pk
Set Your Location on Foodpanda App
Enter your delivery address after login. The Foodpanda app will show only restaurants and stores delivering to your area this way.
Browse Restaurants and Menus on Foodpanda App
After setting your location:
- Look for nearby restaurants, cafes, bakeries and grocery stores.
- You can filter results by cuisine , rating, price or delivery time.
- Tap on a restaurant to see its menu.
- Select the food items you want to order and add them to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout from Foodpanda App
Once your cart is ready:
- Tap on Checkout..
- Confirm your delivery address and order details.
- Add any special instructions for the rider
Choose a Payment Method
Foodpanda offers several payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Debit/Credit Card
- Online payment gateways
Track Your Order On FoodPanda
After placing your order, you will:
- Receive an SMS or app notification confirming your order.
- Be able to track your order live: when it’s being prepared, picked up, and delivered.
- See the rider’s contact number and live location.
Receive Your Food and Enjoy
The rider will arrive at your location within the estimated time. If you selected COD then pay in cash and enjoy your meal.
