There have been dramatic changes in the ICC Men’s T20I Player Ranking this week with some Pakistani, Indian, Bangladesh and Sri Lankan players increasing significantly in ranking following their recent performances in Asia Cup 2026.
Bowling Rankings
Pakistan’s young leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed continues his dream run. He has improved 12 notches and is currently ranked No.4 in the ICC Men’s T20I Bowling Rankings, an improvement of 11 positions he made last week with an aggregate of 703 points. Now he is within reach of the top.

Batting Rankings
On the batting side, India opener Abhishek Sharma is still the No.1 ranked T20I batter after solid performances:

- Hit a match-winning 74 vs Pakistan
His teammate Tilak Varma moved up to No.3 after his unbeaten 30 off 19 balls in the same match.
Sahibzada Farhan of Pakistan has moved 31 spots to 24th, thanks to his fantastic score of 58 against India. Meanwhile, Hussain Talat was the talk of the day having jumped 1474 positions since he led Pakistan to a victory over Sri Lanka.

All-Rounder Rankings
Pakistan’s Faheem Ashraf also showed off with the ball and has gained 12 places to stand at the same position with 39 th in the ICC Men All-rounder List in T20I.
Indian Hardik Pandya is still top in all-rounder lists and Wanindu Hasaranga of Sri Lanka has moved to the list as he was awarded 7 th with four wickets in the past two games.
