- Female Medical Assistant (FMA): Candidates need Matriculation (Science group with Biology) with at least 60% aggregate marks. The age requirement is typically between 16 and 22 years, with a minimum height of 147 cm (4′ 10″).
Selection Process for Females in PAF
Only the most qualified candidates are inducted because there is a competitive process of selection. The phases usually involve:
Online Registration: All online applications have to proceed through the official Join PAF site. Individuals who are interested in induction should make regular visits to this portal to check on advertised posts.
Initial Examination: Registered candidates take a series of computer based tests in a PAF Selection and Recruitment Centre. This consists of the intelligence tests and then the subject academic tests in a particular branch (e.g. English, Physics, Maths/Biology).
