The Invincibles and the Stars are now ready to have a high-stakes contest in the final of the National Women’s T20 Tournament 2025-26. After a nail-biting finish to the group phases, the final game will be on Sunday, April 12, at the Ghani Glass Cricket Ground.
The team to beat is the Invincibles as it has not only topped the points table but also the Stars have been able to get the second position to have the right to challenge the trophy.
Invincibles Dominate Conquerors in Final Group Clash
The Invincibles stamped their ticket to the final in emphatic style as they thumped the Conquerors by a huge margin of 10 wickets. Even though the Conquerors had to win in order to stay in the game, they were simply out-played by the leaders of the league during the game. The Conquerors then, having determined to go first at Bagh-e-Jinnah, placed to credit a commendable total of 150 to the seven, with the best of the list being an unsurpassed 64 of 44 balls by Yusra Amir. Nevertheless, the bowling attack of the Invincibles was professional and Mahnoor Zaib stood out as the best player by taking three wickets and Noreen Yaqoob gave him great support with two dismissals.
The run chase was a record breaking affair with the Invincibles achieving the 151 run target with ease and without any loss of a wicket in only 15.1 overs. The all-star couple of Gull Feroza and captain Muneeba Ali totally demolished the bowling of the opponent. Feroza hit 76 in 43 balls, 14 boundaries and Muneeba supported the chase with an unbeaten 72 in 49 balls, her fifth half-century of the tournament, and their place in the grand final.

Strikers Outclass Challengers in Low-Scoring Affair
The Strikers, in their second game of the last round of group matches, performed a clinical show and beat the Challengers by eight wickets in the Ghani Glass Cricket Ground. When captain Diana Baig decided to lead her team to bat first, the Challengers faced a lot of problems since the whole team was bought out at a pathetic 93 runs in only 18 overs. The only significant opposition came in the form of Diana Baig who scored the most on her part with 25 runs.
It was brilliantly planned by the genius of left arm spinner Nashra Sundhu, who took over the innings with a spectacular spell as she came up with figures of three against 17 in her four overs. After this emphatic performance with the ball, the Strikers easily pursued the target and made it to 97-2 in only 9.5 overs to ensure a total triumph and end their group stage on an uplifting note.
