Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore officially started the paper recheck of the 11 th class (Intermediate part 1) students. Students dissatisfied with their scores are now able to seek a recheck. The online application window will remain open until October 30, 2025.
Students can apply easily via the official BISE Lahore site without having to go to the office of the board. The portal will enable the applicants to complete the form and make payment and monitor the progress of their request at the comfort of their homes. The board has also posted elaborate guidelines and frequently asked questions (FAQs) as a way of ensuring that the students go through the process without any hitches.
Rechecking charges are 1200 per subject. In case of any error in summation or marking that will be detected in the review, a refund of the fee will be made to the student. But in case there is no error identified then the fee will not be refunded. Authorities have made it clear that rechecking does not imply rerating the paper again but merely checking to see whether all answers have been checked.
In rechecking the information, the examiners ensure that no question has been left without a check and the marks have been entered appropriately. The system will be set up to detect any clerical or calculation errors that might have been made during the first checking.
It has even been recommended that students apply early to prevent the end-minute troubles they might face with the online portal due to BISE Lahore administration. They also advise students to be keen when deciding the papers that they really feel should be re-read because unwarranted applications will be a waste of time and money.
To get all the details, students are free to visit BISE Lahore official site by the date 30 October.
