His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs of the United Arab Emirates arrived in Kuwait on Tuesday for an official visit.
Sheikh Mansour was warmly welcomed by His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister of Kuwait along with several senior Kuwaiti officials and dignitaries at Kuwait International Airport.
Accompanying Sheikh Mansour is a high level delegation from the UAE which includes ministers and senior officials such as Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Health and Prevention Abdul Rahman Al Owais, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail Al Mazrouei, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology Dr. Sultan Al Jaber,Minister of Community Empowerment Shamma Al Mazrui, Minister of Education Sarah Al Amiri, Minister of Justice Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Minister of Investment Mohamed Al Suwaidi, Minister of State Khalifa Al Marar and others holding key positions in federal and Abu Dhabi government departments.

Sheikh Mansour was received at Bayan Palace by the Emir of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah later in the day. The Crown Prince and the Prime Minister of Kuwait were also present during the meeting.
During the gathering Sheikh Mansour conveyed the greetings and well wishes of the UAE President, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Vice President and Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. They expressed their hopes for the continued good health of the Emir and prosperity for the people of Kuwait.
In return the Emir offered his warm regards to the UAE leadership and wished the Emirati people continued development and success under their wise leadership.
The meeting showed the deep rooted brotherhood and shared values between the two nations. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation in various sectors including economic development, energy, and regional stability particularly under the Gulf Cooperation Council framework.
