In the effort to curb the increasing inflation and fuel prices, the Sindh Government has introduced an expected relief plan: a motorcycle fuel subsidy. Under this scheme, qualified motorcycle owners will be allowed to get cash transfer of Rs. 2000 every month to assist in meeting the petrol bills.
The government has also created a specifically designed online platform in order to render the process transparent and accessible.
Eligibility to Use Sindh Petrol Subsidy Portal?
Before you log onto the portal, you must ensure you meet the strict criteria set by the government. You can successfully apply if:
- The motorcycle is in your name: You cannot apply using a bike registered to a relative, friend, or on an “open letter.”
- You have an active bank account: The subsidy is not distributed as hand cash; it is sent directly to a bank account via an IBAN.
- Registered in Sindh: The motorcycle’s registration must be from the province of Sindh.

Once on the portal’s homepage, you will see a simple registration form.
Fill Your CNIC and Registration Information.
After arriving at the homepage of the portal, there is a basic registration form.
Enter your 13-digit CNIC number without dashes.
Put in your Motorcycle Registration Number as written in your official papers.
Click “Verify.”
The portal will automatically cross-check your details with the Excise database.
Provide Your Bank Account Details (IBAN)
Once your ownership is verified, the portal will ask where you want your money sent. Enter your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) carefully. Make sure the bank account is registered under the same CNIC as the motorcycle.

How much money will I get through the Sindh petrol subsidy?
Eligible motorcycle owners will receive a flat subsidy of Rs. 2,000 per month, which is designed to cover the cost of approximately 20 liters of petrol.
Can I apply on the portal if I don’t have a bank account?
No. The portal requires a valid IBAN to process the application. The government has designed this system to promote financial inclusion and prevent corruption through direct bank transfers.
What should I do if the portal says my bike is not registered to me?
If the portal rejects your application, it means the Excise database shows a different owner. You must visit your local Excise and Taxation office immediately to transfer the motorcycle into your name.
Is there a helpline if the portal stops working?
Yes. The Sindh Government has established a dedicated official helpline to assist citizens who face technical glitches or verification issues while using the online portal.
