If someone from another country wants to work in UAE, they need special permission, which is known as a work permit. People also call it a labor card or an employment visa. This document is officially provided by the UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), and it gives foreigners the legal right to live and work in Dubai.
