A recent update of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has made life much easier; it added an appointment booking option in the Pak ID mobile application. You do not have to stand in long queues and wait several hours anymore at the NADRA offices. All you need is to tap a few times on your phone, to make a visit to any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) in Pakistan.
The following is a basic guide on how to use NADRA Pak ID app to book your appointment:
Download the Pak ID App
Visit the Google Play Store (Android users) or an Apple App Store (iPhone users) and type in the query Pak ID by NADRA. Install the app into your smartphone.
Sign In or Create an Account
Open the app. In case you have a NADRA online account, just need to log in by using your CNIC number, email and password.
In case you are new, then tap register and create an account. You will be required to confirm your identity with the help of your email and mobile number.
Select the Appointment Option
After log-in, you will get various services like Apply CNIC, Renew NICOP, Modify ID, and so on.
Click on the Book Appointment.
Choose Your closest NADRA Center.
The app will present you with a list of the NADRA Registration Centers (NRCs) throughout Pakistan in a list or a map. Take the nearest one.
Pick a Date and Time
Dates and time slots will now be available. Choose the one that best fits you. NADRA recommends that the users report at least 10 minutes before their appointment.
Confirm Your Appointment
Check your choice of date and time and centre. Upon confirmation, you will get an appointment confirmation within the app. NADRA can also send you a confirmation email or SMS.

- Apply for a new CNIC or NICOP
- Renew or modify your ID
- Upload documents
- Make payments on Easypaisa, JazzCash or e-Sahulat.
The new appointment feature on the NADRA Pak ID app is a tremendous move towards speeding up and streamlining the services of citizens.
