The Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia has advised the people across kingdom to look for the moon of Zil Hajj on the evening of Tuesday May 27.
Zil Hajj is the last and an important islamic month. Muslims around the globe perform Hajj of Kaba every year and celebrate Eid ul Adha in this sacred month.
Saudi Shariah court said in statement that any person who sights the moon either with their own eyes or using binoculars should go to the nearest court and register his testimony.

If the moon is sighted on May 27 in Saudi Arabia then month of Zil Hajj will begin on Wednesday May 28. Hajj will take place from June 4 to June 9 Eid ul Adha will be on Friday June 6 in this case.
If the moon is not sighted then Zil Hajj will start on Thursday, May 29.
Eid ul Adha will be on Saturday June 7 in that case.
The final dates of Eid ul Adha and Hajj 2025 will be officially confirmed based on the moon sighting announcement at the end of Zil Qadah.
