Medical and dental college admission test (MDCAT) 2025 will be conducted on October 26 in Punjab and other provinces. The official roll number slips of the candidates are available. All students need to take a copy of their slip and print it prior to the test day to be admitted to the test center.
The roll number slip will contain your roll number, name and address of the center of the test, reporting time, and seat number. Always take care of it and ensure that you check the details.
Note: You must bring your printed roll number slip and original CNIC or B-Form with you otherwise you will not be permitted to enter the exam hall.
How to Download MDCAT 2025 Roll Number Slip
Once the provincial authority (such as that of UHS or KMU) publishes their roll number slip online, the students can easily access their MDCAT 2025 roll number slip by following the following steps:
Go to the provincial testing authority official web site (UHS, KMU, etc.)
Search the word MDCAT 2025 Roll No Slip or Admit Card.
Enter your Registration Number, CNIC, B-Form and Username.
Click on download to be able to see the PDF version.
Print the slip on A4 plain paper and be careful about all the details.
One should print two copies because they can be lost.
Exam Day Guidelines
All students are expected to observe these following instructions on the day of the MDCAT 2025:
- Arrive in the test center at least 1 hour ahead of time.
- Carry your printed Roll Number Slip and original CNIC/B-Form.
- Do not carry calculators, bags, notes, mobile phones, and smartwatches.
- No other colors other than blue or black ballpoint pens.
- Take your seat as indicated on the seating plan on your roll number slip.
- Paper cancellation is possible in case of any misconduct or breach of examination rules.
Any new announcements or updates regarding the exam should be looked at by the students in the official websites of their provincial testing authorities.
