Meanwhile the local unit suffered structural compression on all the other European and Pacific currencies with losses against the Euro (EUR) of 69 paisas, against the British Pound (GBP) of 21 paisas and against the Australian Dollar (AUD) of 42 paisas. The exchange rate of the currency was totally flat against the UAE Dirham (AED) and a minute one paisa down against the Saudi Riyal (SAR).
