Pakistan Super League (PSL) is on the verge of making a historic change in the 11th edition. This is the very first season in the history of the league where they are dropping the Draft system and entering into an Auction format, which is high stakes and big wars of valuations.
In advance of the inaugural Auction of PSL players, which is set to happen on February 11, 2026, franchises have already announced their retention lists. The new regulations will only enable the teams to retain a maximum of four players, which compels them to reenter into the auction pool key superstars.
