Finally, the wait of hundreds of thousands of students and the worried students’ parents has ended and the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) officially announced the timetable for the issuance of metric results. As per the Executive Notification, the Punjab Class 10 result date is announced and all the nine Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) will publish the result of Matric (SSC Part II) Annual Examination on 6th August, 2026 at 10:00 AM sharp. The overall top position holders will be announced a day earlier on August 5 during special award ceremonies at the various positions’ board headquarters.

Alongside the Matric announcements, the Punjab Education Department has finalized the evaluation timelines for the 9th-grade (SSC Part I) script markings. The publication of these dual results will immediately trigger the commencement of First-Year (Class 11) college intermediate admissions across all public and private institutions.
