Geo-Tagged Afforestation Management: Using cloud-based platforms and geo-tagging applications for tracking afforestation areas in the province, for long-term survival of saplings.
Anti-Plastic Compliance Audits: Prominent public tracking initiatives to audit and remove single-use plastics from commercial retail hotspot locations, and consumer markets towards sustainable, eco-friendly packaging options.
Punjab Climate Leadership Internship Program Eligibility Criteria
The Punjab government has established stringent structural eligibility criteria for all the prospective applicants in order to keep the selection process based on absolute merit:
Academic Disciplines: Candidates should have at least a 16 year Higher Education Degree (BS or Master) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university from any field of Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Public Policy, Law, Media Studies, Zoology or Botany.
Eligible Academic Degree: The academic degree must be a recent award (no more than 2 years old).
Demographic Boundaries: It has an age limit of 18-25 years and a valid and authenticated domicile of the province of Punjab is required.
