The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is a lifeline for millions of deserving families in Pakistan. Eligible women receive quarterly financial assistance to help them meet their basic needs under its Kafalat program.
List of Banks for BISP Rs. 13,500 Withdrawal
Here is the list of banks and methods for receiving the BISP amount:
1. Habib Bank Limited (HBL)
- For Beneficiaries in Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan.
- Withdrawal Method: Through HBL ATMs, HBL Connect Shops or HBL Konnect App (for balance inquiry only).
- ATM Use: Women can use their BISP ATM cards to withdraw Rs. 13,500.
2. Bank Alfalah
- For Beneficiaries in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
- Withdrawal Method: Through Alfalah ATMs or agent shops.
3. UPaisa Centers / Mobile Wallets
- In some pilot districts BISP payments are also being sent to mobile wallets like UPaisa which can be cashed out from registered agents.
4. HBL Konnect / Agent Shops
- Women without access to ATMs can go to HBL Konnect shops with their CNIC to collect the amount.

To confirm whether your Rs. 13,500 has been sent:
- Visit the BISP 8171 Web Portal:
- Enter your CNIC number and security code
- You will see your eligibility and payment status
