The Youth Program by the Prime Minister has set the date of initiation of the new phase of distribution of the laptops. The highly anticipated event is going to start on October 30, 2025, in Islamabad, according to the latest update.
The news was announced via social media and said, “The wait is nearly over. Prepare the big giveaway – beginning on 30 th in Islamabad. Stay tuned as we come to your region next!”
This is the commencement of the national implementation under the PM Youth Laptop Scheme which will offer laptops to the students throughout Pakistan. Distribution will be extended gradually to the other cities and regions after the Islamabad ceremony.
One of the major projects of the Youth Programme of the Prime Minister is the laptop scheme. The primary objective of it is to propagate digital education and to advance technological accessibility, as well as assist students in acquiring vital IT and learning skills. It is expected that thousands of university and college students will benefit in this new phase.
It was also affirmed by the officials that a regional plan and a detailed schedule would be shared in the near future. Top officials of the government will be present in the opening ceremony at Islamabad and students of different educational organizations are invited to participate in the ceremony.
