PITB Vacant Positions Core Eligibility and Experience Criteria
For the purpose of creating a clear recruiting process, PITB has organized clear requirements according to the level of the technical portfolios:
Educational Threshold: The requirement for most technical, managerial, and analyst positions is 16 years of education (BS, BE or Masters in CS, IT, Software Engineering or related discipline) from an HEC accredited institution. Lower level or support careers require 10-12 years of basic training.
Age Ceiling: Maximum age limits of all advertised posts is limited to 45 years as of the date of application.
Entry-Level Roles (0-1 Year Experience): Entry-level opportunities such as Associate Software Engineer or DC Support Officer are open for the freshers and junior professionals.
Mid-Level Roles (2 to 5 Years Experience): Standard software development, system operations and data analytics levels need a verified professional record of 2 to 5 years experience.
