Punjab Shrimp Internship Program Practical Skills & Field Training Curriculum
The interns are deployed at the modern hub at Sargodha and are exposed to intensive lessons on the working of the commercial ecosystem:
Hatchery Operations: Production, growth cycles, and breeding control systems of post-larvae (PL).
Water Quality Management: Monitoring of salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen and temperature for the best aquatic safety.
Disease Prevention & Biosecurity: Use of Pathology protocols, diagnostic tracking and farm sanitation.
Feed Formulation & Processing: Managing commercial nutrition programs and high efficiency feed mills.
Value Chain & Export Logistics: Exporting shrimp to international markets and processing shrimp for export.
