What the 2026 Arts Results tell us
Chairman BIEK Faqir Muhammad Lakho said Inshirah Bint Muhammad Taufiq of Iqra Huffaz Girls Science College, North Nazimabad, secured the first position in the board by obtaining 926 marks out of 1100 to get an A-1 grade. Aaqib Razaq of Government Degree College Konkar Village Gadap secured second position with 919 marks and Humaira Bint Muhammad Shakir Lakhani of Iqra Huffaz Girls Science College secured third position with 918 marks.
Zareena Rashid, Controller of Examinations, said that 10,459 candidates had registered for the Arts Regular Group and 10,002 actually appeared in the exam. Of these, 4,526 candidates have cleared the examination, taking the overall pass percentage to 45.25 percent.
Govt Colleges’ Highlight
Chairman Lakho said that the fact that a student of a government degree college secured the second position was a testimony to the hard work of students and teachers in public institutions.
