The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has decided to introduce new charges for issuance of Smart National Identity Cards (Smart CNIC) and B-Forms (Child Registration Certificates) from April 2025.
New Smart CNIC Fee :

What is a B-Form?
A B-Form is a child first government identification document and is submitted when registering a newborn in NADRA’s records. It is the key to accessing health care, education and other government services.
NADRA upgraded its system in order to make things better for applicants. Now they can go to the nearest NADRA center or apply online in NADRA digital portal.
The NADRA is advising all concerned to make sure timely issuance/renewal of identity documents.
