Step-by-Step Online Application Procedure via OAS
AIOU explicitly processes its incoming student intake via digital routing. Physical prospectus forms are reserved primarily for regional terminal kiosks. Follow this step-by-step matrix to apply securely:
1. Account Initialization
Navigate to the official AIOU Enrollment Portal (OAS). If you’re new to the site, click “Create Account” and log in using your current cell phone or existing email address. You will receive an activation code by text (SMS) or e-mail message to confirm that the portal is open.
2. Selecting Your Academic Track
Enter your personal user ID account, and select either “Local Student” or “International Student”. To fill in specific course curriculum options, click on your desired degree program level (Undergraduate, Postgraduate, or Secondary Certificate).
3. Data Entry & Academic Profiling
Ensure your biological information, permanent home address and history of your previous academic institutions are entered correctly. The scanned copies of your previous educational certificates, the legible copy of your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Form-B must be uploaded in addition to the legible copy of your former educational transcripts in blue background with passport size photos.
4. Digital Fee Voucher Generation
After completing 100% of your digital application checkmarks, submit the form to generate your individualized Challan/Fee Voucher. The tracking slip contains a unique 12-digit consumer ID number mapping your specific fee layout.
5. Fee Payment Channels
Pay your admission dues instantly without visiting a bank branch by using mobile financial apps, including EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Upaisa, or standard commercial banking portals (e.g., ABL, NBP, MCB, FWB). Retain a screenshot or stamped physical print of your transaction confirmation receipt.
General Verification & Application Tracking
Once your fee transaction is verified by the central financial network, the AIOU Admission Department requires approximately two to three weeks to audit your educational documents.
Your status of processing will be available for monitoring through returning to your OAS profile. Selected candidates will be sent formally a confirmation SMS having their permanent user ID to log in the AIOU CMS (Campus Management System) for automatic semester tracking, view tutor list and upload digital assignments.
