Create Account: Go to the DLIMS 2.0 Registration Page and sign up with your full name, CNIC number, email address, phone number, gender and secure password.
User Login: Go to DLIMS 2.0 login page and enter the details accordingly to reach your personal-based applicant dashboard. Profile: Go to the “License” menu, select “Learner License“. Enter personal profile parameters word by word as they appear in the National Identity Card.
Upload Documents: Upload your documents (all files should be in JPEG or PNG formats and not larger than 500 KB):
- A recent passport-size photograph with a clear, solid background.
- Scanned copy or clear phone picture of CNIC Front.

- Note: A scanned Medical Certificate signed by a registered government doctor is mandatory only if your age is above 50 years.
