Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) has announced extended time period for online registration activity of the class 9 students. This extension is valid for a forthcoming academic session 2026-2027 for all the 9 Educational Boards of Punjab Province which include BISE Lahore, BISE Multan, BISE Rawalpindi, BISE Faisalabad, etc. The ruling aims to allow schools and private exam takers sufficient time to process their documents, without being penalized for doing it too late or making mistakes.
Revised Registration Schedule for 2026–2028 Session
The updated timeline gives regular and private students ample opportunity to complete their enrollments online. The PBCC has structured the revised fee submission dates as follows:
- Submission Without Late Fee: Ongoing from April 25, 2026, until June 22, 2026.
- Submission With Late Fee (Rs. 600): From June 23, 2026, until July 7, 2026.
School administrators and private candidates are strongly urged to submit their registration returns well before the June 22 deadline to avoid server downtime or late fines.

The baseline registration cost remains standardized across the board networks. Below is the official fee breakdown for a regular student as approved by the Punjab boards:

Essential Documents Required

NADRA B-Form Number: It is the student’s computerised identity number as afforded by the National Data Register (NADRA).
Passport Size Photograph: An image that is clear and recent that is digital and has a plain blue background.
Parental Data: Father/Mother active Mobile phone and CNIC Number.
Academic Group Selection: Identification of choice between Science or Arts/General Group.
Step-by-Step Online Registration Guide
The enrollment is fully online for regular school students and managed through their school portals. Check the official steps to finish it up:
Login to the Respective Board Portal
School IT staff members will have to go to the official website of the board they are affiliated to, for example- BISE Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi etc. and log into their school’s unique username and security password.
Data Entry and Double Verification
Please enter the student’s Surname, Forename, Date of Birth and B-Form Number as it appears in their school leaving certificate. Date of birth should be checked by heads of institutions carefully as any errant corrections after submission incur significant penalty for amendment.
Biometric Verification
Students will be subject to the board-mandated biometric data verification process to prove identities of the students to ensure that their enrollment records are legally authenticated by students.
Chalan Generation and Bank Deposit
Generate the computerized bank fee challan directly from the online portal. Print the challan and deposit the total due amount at designated commercial bank branches (such as HBL or UBL).
Submission of Hard Copies
After online completion and bank payment, print out the final registration return. Submit the physical hard copies along with the paid bank challan receipt directly to the board’s automated registration branch before the deadline.
